Delivery(UK)

Delivery for all prints will be Royal Mail first class post. A4 prints are posted in protective envelopes with a maximum of 3 prints per package, A3 and A3+ prints are enclosed in postal tubes for protection with a maximum of 2 prints per tube. Delivery of framed prints will be by arrangement, generally on a collection basis (Surrey area) as this is due to the fragile nature of the glass making frames unsuitable for sending by post.Please email me if you require a quantity as it may be possible to make a special arrangement for delivery or collection.

Delivery (Non UI am able to send prints outside the UK via airmail in the same packaging as detailed above. The following postal costs will apply.owing postal costs will apply.

Frames

Frames are made of beach as standard and come with inset cream coloured mounts (see delivery), alternatively frames can be supplied in black or white both with white coloured mounts, please specify when placing order.

Mounting Board

Prints can be fitted on mount board with window cut to accommodate size of print, this will allow for fitting into new or existing picture frame. Please ensure you have measured the picture frame size correctly before placing order.

Payment

Please send cheque to the address supplied on receipt of your order confirmation or alternatively you can use the PayPal online transaction facility which will securely accept many different debit and credit cards.

How to Place Order

Initially email me with your requirements, I will confirm the price and order details, if this is acceptable you are able to pay by cheque or secure online PayPal facilities. If paying by cheque please send the cheque by post to the address detailed in my order confirmation email. Once I have received the cheque I will prepare your order and dispatch by Royal Mail post within 7 days.

Alternatively if you wish to pay by PayPal I will send you the link via email and once the online transaction has been confirmed I will then despatch the goods by Royal Mail post within 7 days.

Please remember to include the following when placing an order: -

1. Image(s) reference(s)indicated below each photograph, plus a description (to make sure I get it right).
   
2. Print size required together with type of finish ( Matt or Gloss).
   
3. Colour and size of mount board
   
4. Your Name and address.
   
5. Delivery name and address (if different to above).
   
6. Total price and method of payment.
   

Print Finish

When selecting the photograph only option, the picture will be printed without a border as standard, slight cropping may occur when producing the print.If you require a border please specify when ordering, the boarder will be approximately 25mm depending upon the digital picture size, excess border will occur on one long side this can be trimmed prior to mounting. Framed prints are borderless and are supplied and fitted into a suitable mount.

Print Quality

All photographs are printed on HP Premium Plus Gloss or Matt photographic paper using HP Vivera inks. HP claim this combination will give the picture a lifetime of 100+ years.

Prints are sold subject to copyright remaining with Paul Shilliam and shall not be copied for any reason without the expressed written agreement of Paul Shilliam.
